While We're Waiting Events Registration Page

To view our upcoming dates, choose the type of retreat you'd like to attend from the list below ... then a list of dates will appear. You do not need to complete the registration information prior to viewing the dates.

To register for one of our While We're Waiting events, please complete the form in full and submit.

Many of our events have waiting lists; however, please don't let that discourage you from signing up for your preferred date(s). You can even choose multiple dates if you like. We often have cancellations, and we will do our best to get you into one of the dates you choose.

Please note: The board-approved Use Policy for the Refuge states that couples who are not in a Biblically-based marriage may not share a guest room. These couples are welcome to attend; however, separate guest rooms will be assigned, if available. If an extra guest room is not available, one of the partners will be asked to stay at a nearby hotel at that individual's expense. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

While We're Waiting Weekend for Bereaved Parents - Hot Springs, Arkansas
This is a full-weekend retreat for both singles and married couples who have lost a child (or children) of any age and due to any circumstance.

Release of Liability: By checking here, I agree to waive, discharge claims, and release from liability the While We're Waiting ministry from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries and damages, even if caused by negligence of While We're Waiting. I further hold harmless While We're Waiting from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses caused by my own negligence while a guest at the Refuge or any other retreat site. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors and/or guests accompanying me in activities associated with While We're Waiting events.
